Real Estate in Spring Hill, Florida is SELLING! (just not yours…)Ok…I know everybody’s down about the current real estate market. Yes, we have 4300+ homes on the market in Hernando County (and that’s just in the MLS – not including FSBO’s, vacant land, or commercial property). Yes, two years ago we had only 700 or so. Yes – your home has been sitting on the market for 18 months with very few showings, no offers (or maybe a rediculous lowball $50K less than your asking price (which you’ve already lowered by $70K)). But…. Homes in Spring Hill Florida are definitely selling…and lots of them… For example – look at the Sterling Hill subdivision. Sterling Hill didn’t even exist three years ago – and now it’s a small city unto itself with 8-10 gated developments inside it stretching across Elgin Boulevard and thousands of homes….they all sold in the past year and a half…and it’s still expanding! Example Number 2… This year I’ve sold a $350,000 piece of acreage in 3 weeks, a $285,000 golf-course home in 6 weeks, and a $230,000 home in a deed-restricted community in 9 weeks.
