I took some pictures while I was showing this one yesterday…What do you think? (the front might not be the prettiest house on the water…but take a look at that great family room! …and don’t forget…this house has a floating dock with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico!
Again, if you are even remotely CURIOUS about either of these two homes, you need to be able to act fast.
Understand that even though the housing market overall is SLOW, the best deals don’t last more than a few days before being snatched up (because that’s what everybody is looking for!).
