Every now and again during my multiple daily searches through the MLS I come across a home for sale that peaks my own interest. Josh has suggested that I start sharing them, and so I will.
Here’s one I thought looked very interesting at $188,900:

This is a 3 bed / 2 bath / 2 car garage home in Spring Hill, Florida with an inground screened swimming pool. One of the baths is a pool bath – which personally I think is a huge bonus. Actually, I’ll post the listing agent’s description for you:
