The link below leads to a website put together by the Virginia Association of REALTORS®… While I am not a member of the Virginia Association – I do believe that every REALTOR® (and potential buyer or seller) can learn from this amazing real estate trainer.

Arguably the best (also arguably the worst) real estate trainer ever to teach an agent how to “beat the system” and make a living!

Make sure (at least the first time you follow the link below) to let the intro play out, and have fun with the “Tedst” (no, that’s not a typo) at the end…it will be well worth your while.

For agents – this is an incredible training video – watch and learn from “The King of the Close”…”The Archduke of Acreage”…”The Dean of the Deal”…Mr. Ted Truitt!
