As a Potential Buyer – Are You Looking for “The Deal” or “The One”?

Home vs ValueI’ve noticed a bit of a disconnect with buyers in Hernando County lately. Many of them don’t seem to be sure of what they’re really looking for…and sometimes they want too much (that’s not a bad thing). But if you truly want to reach your goal, you need to define it, and then define how you’re going to get it.

The biggest issue I keep coming across is buyers not making a distinction between wanting “The Deal” and searching for “The One”. These are two very different goals for Hernando County Real Estate and it’s important to know which one is the priority for you.

Now – you absolutely CAN find both The Deal AND The One at the same time…but generally it’s not likely and if push comes to shove…you need to know which one is more important so that you know how to proceed.

Natalie’s Spring Hill FL Real Estate for Sale Deal of the Day!

Hi all!

This is going to seem disingenuine but I’ve got to admit it: one of Josh’s listings is my deal of the day. It is so much house, with so much gorgeous lanai and pool…for $160k…not a short sale. I’m not kidding. I looked around a bit and then knew I had to post it – whether or not it comes across as favoritism, lol! – because it is just that good.
