Hi all!
This is going to seem disingenuine but I’ve got to admit it: one of Josh’s listings is my deal of the day. It is so much house, with so much gorgeous lanai and pool…for $160k…not a short sale. I’m not kidding. I looked around a bit and then knew I had to post it - whether or not it comes across as favoritism, lol! - because it is just that good. We all know Josh doesn’t take a listing unless A - it’s a great house, and B - it’s priced right. So the fact that one of his listings has made my deal of the day was inevitable.
