These photos will then be either emailed to you, or posted on a web page created specifically for your home-buying experience. New Construction Photo-Journal Service

This is a new program that we’re just starting to develop for customers who are building their home here in Hernando, Pasco, or Citrus County.

Building a home from start to finish is a wonderful and exciting experience. Even though it can take many months to complete a home, when it’s finished it seems like it was just yesterday you were discussing your ideal kitchen layout with the builder.

As an added service to our clients who elect to build a new home, we offer a photo-journal of the whole experience. We will head out to the build site on a schedule determined by you – daily, weekly,bi-weekly, or monthly (bi-weekly is standard, trip charges will apply for weekly and daily pictures) and take pictures of your home for you. We will then post those pictures in an online photo-album for you to share with family & friends.

You’ll have a photographic journal of your new homes beginnings, from the day the ground was cleared, to the day the countertops were installed in the kitchen, to the day you first step foot into your new home.

At the end of your build project you will have a record of the whole process from start to finish.

When it’s finished, we’ll give you a photo-cd with all the pictures, as well as a coffee table book for you of the entire process and it will be a keepsake that you can hold on to, and pass on should you ever decide to sell the home in the future. This would also serve as a very credible reference should there ever be any kind of disaster and insurance claims become necessary.
